Medical Leadership
The current system can better support our physicians to achieve the full potential of their leadership roles, a role that will become more critical as we strive to find collective solutions to our systems' challenges. We need to create a health care environment that supports and encourages medical leadership.
With Medical Leadership, the necessary infrastructure is in place to establish clear roles, responsibilities and reporting relationships that reflect the three main thrusts of medical leadership: advocacy, quality management and medical administration.

- Multiyear Provincial Physician Resource Plan
