Wedgewood Manor
A nursing home/manor is a long term care facility which provides 24 hour nurse supervision and care management for individuals who are assessed as being in need of this level of care. PEI has nine public manors/facilities and nine private nursing homes.
Wedgewood Manor is a 76 bed long term care facility (which includes one respite care bed) located in Summerside.
Activities
There are many activities provided to our residents such as music, bingo, bowling and exercise sessions.
Services
We have occupational therapy services available 1.5 days per week along with physiotherapy services .5 days per week.
Volunteers
People wishing to volunteer at the facility should call (902) 432-2576.
Visiting Hours
To support a home-like environment, visiting hours are permitted at anytime.
